Meet Dr Stephanie

Dr Stephanie Trembath Osteopath

2026 Clinic Days

  • Tuesday: 10am – 8pm

  • Wednesday: 8:30am – 11:30am

  • Thursday: 10am – 8pm

  • Every 3rd Saturday of the month

Stephanie is the Principal Osteopath and Founder of Your Family Osteo, opening the clinic in 2020 and proudly growing it into the warm, supportive and community-centred family clinic it is today.

Raised in the Macedon Ranges, Stephanie grew up as an energetic and active member of her country community. She participated in countless school and community sports — often trying any sport she could, especially if it meant a day off school! Her biggest sporting loves were Netball and Basketball, both played at a high level. Basketball became her standout passion, taking her to America to compete at just sixteen.

Stephanie completed her osteopathic education at RMIT University, graduating in 2016 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Complementary Medicine) with Distinction and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy).

During her final year of study, Stephanie discovered her deep passion for pregnancy, postpartum and paediatric osteopathy, inspired by supporting her sister through her first pregnancy and becoming an aunty in 2016. This experience sparked her lifelong commitment to helping women navigate pregnancy, supporting new mothers, and caring for babies and children through every stage of development.

With nearly a decade of experience, Stephanie has developed a highly adaptable approach to treatment. She is confident working with:

  • babies, children & teens

  • pregnancy & postpartum presentations

  • complex adult cases

  • scoliosis and growth-related conditions

  • sporting & adolescent injuries

Stephanie’s style blends gentle, direct, strong, trauma-informed and educational care. She adapts her treatment to exactly what each patient needs on the day — a reflection of her experience, intuition and commitment to helping people feel safe, supported and empowered.

A little about Stephanie…

Outside the clinic, Stephanie is known for her big laugh, fun energy and love for connection. She’s a dedicated boxing lover, an enthusiastic traveller, and a very proud and very fun aunty. She enjoys slow mornings, strong coffees, weekends away, and quality time with the people she loves. Her warm, down-to-earth personality shapes the heart of Your Family Osteo and the family-centred culture she’s built within the clinic.
