  • Yes, we are able to process private health insurance claims on the day of your appointment.

  • Yes.

    Known as Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, you will need a referral from your GP.

    If you experience chronic pain, speak to your local GP about your eligibility. People who experience chronic pain are eligible for up to 5 medicare subsidised visits to an allied health professional.

    By definition a ‘chronic medical condition’ is one that has been or is likely to be present for at least six months.

    In order to reduce the risk of confusion and to help keep prices down for those in need, I have decided to keep a flat rate for both the initial & return appointments.

  • At Your Family Osteo, we value your time and ours. To keep appointments fair and accessible for all patients, our updated cancellation policy is:

    • Cancellations must be made by 8:00am on the day before your booked appointment.

    • If you cancel after this time, an $80 late cancellation fee will apply.

    • Cancellations within 6 hours of your appointment time will be considered a failure to attend (no show) and will incur the full treatment fee.

    • By booking, patients consent to these fees being charged to the payment details we hold on file.

    Cancellations are only accepted via the following methods:

      If unanswered, please leave a voicemail — this will be accepted as notice.

    3. Cancellation link included in your appointment confirmation and reminder emails (only active until the 8:00am cut-off on the day before your appointment)

    💡 Why This Matters

    Late cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to offer appointment times to patients on our waiting list who need care.

    We understand genuine emergencies happen and will always be compassionate in these circumstances.
