Our cancellation policy is as follows:
It is agreed that the client must provide cancellation notice by 8:00am on the day before their booked appointment. Failure to do so will incur an $80 late cancellation fee.
It is agreed that if a client cancels within 6 hours of their appointment time or fails to attend (FTA), this will be considered a no-show and will incur 100% of the consultation fee.
A cancellation or any outstanding fee owing to Your Family Osteo for services provided is authorised by the client to be charged to the credit card on file.
